We will initiate the refund or exchange process for orders under the following general guidelines:

1. You should initiate return within 7 days of receiving the product(s)
2. You should be in a position to provide the proof of purchase
3. The product should not be used
4. The product returned in its original packaging and in good condition
5. Product will be replaced if the product is damaged, faulty or if wrong item dispatched. If the same product is not available in stock, you have the choice of selecting other product of same value. The cost of shipping will be borne by us. Replaced Product will be delivered within 3-5 Business days.
6. Products will not be exchanged or refunded if ordered wrongly. Customers are requested to check before placing an order.
   
   

Refunds are typically done on a case-by-case manner. Once the refund is approved it will be credited to the original payment method within 3-7 days.

Returns after the allowed time will not be processed.
